YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan operations and dispatch crews to perform snow removal activities across several commercial sites simultaneously. * Oversee snow removal operations to ensure they meet our internal standards and client expectations. * Visit sites during or after snow removal operations to visually inspect service quality and site conditions. * Create and update tickets and purchase orders in our snow removal system. * Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. * Coordinate with Account Managers and provide clear, consistent, documented feedback to management. * Participate in contract reviews and the year-end review. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 3+ years of experience managing teams of at least 20 employees in landscaping, snow removal, or construction. Experience managing large-scale operations in other industries may also be considered. * Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a strong commitment to the role. * Very good communication skills. * Bilingual French and English is an asset. * Very good organizational skills, with the ability to manage stress and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Functional knowledge of computers and software applications. * Valid provincial driver’s licence with a driving record acceptable to the company is required. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT * Seasonal contract with defined start and end dates. * Company vehicle provided for the duration of the contract.
