On-Call Snow Crew Don’t want a full-time winter job? Want to pick up extra income when it snows? This could be a great fit. This is an on-call position with no guaranteed hours. When snow shifts are available, you can choose to take them based on your availability. The more you work over the season, the more you can earn through milestone bonuses.
