Job Description:

The main role of our Food and Beverage administrator is to assist the Food and Beverage Management team in maintaining accurate records, data entry and day to day running of one of our largest departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate record keeping
  • Telephone answering and message taking
  • Data entry on a variety of computer systems
  • Departmental payroll administration
  • Assist with POS programming and problem solving as required
  • Monitoring of all monthly inventories and reporting any discrepancies
  • Monitoring and ordering of all office supplies
  • Liaise with other departments and suppliers as required
  • Assist with various functions including supervision and scheduling of staff

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Knowledge of Maitre’d POS a strong asset
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized & detail oriented
  • Accounting education or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Foodtrak and ADP E-time preferred, but will train the right candidate
  • General knowledge of the Food and Beverage Industry
  • Excellent positive attitude

Work Schedule:

5 days on/2 days off * various start times due to business levels and functions*

Dress Code:

Business casual in accordance with appearance policy
