Position Overview:
Castle Mountain Resort is currently seeking a self-motivated individual who is able to
take an organizational and customer service role within the snow school. Reporting to the Snow School Director this position is the lead for the day-to-day operations of the snow school. This position is responsible for booking lessons, school groups and assisting with the coordination of on snow instructors. This individual will also perform instructional duties as required.

What we offer you:
  • Leadership experience on a small team.
  • $180-200/day depending on certifications and experience.
  • Average work week is 5 days on, 2 off. Addition days may be required during holiday periods.
  • Weekend and holiday work is required.

  • Strong understanding of CSIA Methodology

What you will be doing:
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations of the Snow School including program supervisors and desk staff.
  • Organization and booking of children's camps and school programs.
  • Scheduling and supervision of instructors.
  • Booking and sales of lessons
  • Close out cash and balance at end of shift
  • Identify any potential problems and problem solve for the guest
  • Work as a team leader/member on a closely formed team
  • Cash control procedure implementation.
  • Customer service.
  • There is an opportunity to lead sessions and develop instructor training skills and technical skills.

Hiring Process:

Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location with no mobile coverage or public transit. There is a communal living Staff Accommodation building on-site for new and returning non-supervisory, seasonal employees.
