Position: Administration - Owner Relations

Reports to: Owner Relations Manager Seasonal Employment: Mid-September – Late April

Job Description: This position is responsible for being the liaison between Big White Central Reservations and the home owners at Big White Ski Resort. The successful applicant will be driven to hold a high standard of communication for all parties involved. They will also will assist the department with coordination and billing for TELUS operations at Big White Ski Resort.

Position Requirements/Skills:

  • 2 Years of relatable office administration experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High level of customer service
  • Complaint handling & resolution experience
  • Multi-tasking & work prioritization is a must
  • Strong ability to work under pressure
  • High level of problem solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must have a strong command of Microsoft Office and other computer programs

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Sending and receiving confidential documents
  • Ensuring that the accommodation section in the Big White Website is always current and up to date
  • Taking photographs of the units that we represent and uploading them to the Website
  • Accept TELUS applications, coordinate install dates, and then invoice customers accordingly
  • Work effectively with all departments; mainly the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Central Reservations departments
  • Providing Owners with information that is needed for, but not limited to: Owner Bookings, Tax Documents, Owner Statements and Invoices
  • Continually ensures that all data for each unit is up to date and complete. This data is saved in multiple places for the Reservation Agents to View. It is of the upmost importance that this information is correct across all documents
  • Participates as needed in the Occupational Health and Safety Program
  • Acts as a liaison between Home Owners and Realtors
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to walk through snow and ice to enter buildings
  • Must be able to life 40lbs
