Position: Kettle Valley SteakHouse Manager Reports to: Food & Beverage Director

We are looking for a professional fine dining manager with previous 4+ star resort experience to be responsible for managing all front of house Kettle Valley Steakhouse operations while delivering a world class guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to train, direct service staff, control beverage inventory and execute daily service at a high level. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in wine service, craft cocktail preparation and very food savvy. This position reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage.
