You are a ‘can do’ person who likes to learn new things. You are good natured and have a welcoming vibe. You’re outgoing and genuinely like helping people. Customer service is not just your skill, it’s your mindset. You will go out of your way to provide an excellent member experience. Previous retail or customer service experience are a plus, not a must. You can lift 50 lbs. and walk 10,000 steps per day.
You’re passionate about the outdoors. You have product knowledge in camping, cycling, packs or any other outdoor activity, that’s a great asset. You have open availability to work a variety of shifts between Thursday and Sunday, 07:00 am and 7:30 pm.
