What we are looking for:

Under the supervision of the Supervisor, IT-Services, the technician provides first-level IT support to users. They will be part of a call center.

Your responsibilities:

In the course of his or her duties, the incumbent of the position shall perform the following duties:

  • Provide first level support by phone and email;
  • First diagnosis;
  • Assigned tickets to technicians level 2-3;
  • Follow up with users;
  • Password reset;
  • Report major incidents to the appropriate people.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • College or professional diploma in computer science or any other discipline deemed relevant
  • Very good verbal and written communication
  • Autonomy and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Good knowledge 10
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 environment
  • Good knowledge of iPhone and Android devices
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (oral and written)
  • Asset, level 1 IT Support experience

Special Conditions if Applicable:

  • The technician must be available to start very early (7:30 am) or finish late (6:00 pm).
