Job Description Snow Removal Our Snow Removal team is a vital part of our operation, ensuring the hotel is in great shape despite the heavy snowfall Whistler receives in the winter. This is a full-time, seasonal position, starting in November/December 2026, and ending in April 2027. Starting Rate of Pay: $21.60 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.85. Job Duties Include: Clear and maintain hotel and clubhouse driveways, parking lots, all walkways and outdoor staircases Clear and maintain delivery ramps, MacDonald terrace, and the Woodlands terrace Clear and maintain golf course maintenance building driveway Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service Qualifications Experience in using snow plows, road sanders, front end loaders and snow blowers Must have a valid BC Drivers Licence Must be physically fit Job Perks & Benefits: Subsidized staff accommodation provided Complimentary meal in our staff cafeteria per shift Access to our Employee Travel Program, with discounts on room rates and food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties worldwide Hotel leisure benefits including Golf/Ski passes Additional Information Visa Requirements: To progress with your application, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada. What you’ll do

The snow removal team is responsible for clearing and maintaining hotel driveways, parking lots, walkways, staircases, and delivery ramps. They must also provide professional and friendly service to guests and staff while ensuring the property remains safe during winter.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience operating snow removal equipment such as plows, sanders, and front-end loaders. A valid British Columbia driver's license and physical fitness are mandatory requirements for the role.
