Position Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Assistant Ski/Snowboard Instructors. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are interested in pursuing a career in ski instruction but do not yet have formal certifications. Gain valuable experience, participate in on-the-job training, be eligible for certification financial assistance and help guests of all ages enjoy their time on the slopes. Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist certified Ski Instructors in delivering ski lessons to guests of varying skill levels. * Support students during lessons by providing encouragement, demonstrations, and personalized assistance. * Help set up and organize Snow School programs, including group lessons and special events. * Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students. * Communicate effectively with guests, instructors, and supervisors to ensure smooth lesson operations. Qualifications: * A passion for skiing or snowboarding and a desire to teach and help others. * Basic to intermediate skiing/snowboarding ability. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment. * Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn. * Must be able to work weekends and holidays. * Previous experience working with children or in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
