Castle Mountain Resort’s Snow School is currently seeking a self-motivated individual who is able to take an organizational and customer service role within the snow school. Reporting to the Snow School Director this position assists with day-to-day operations of the snow school. This position is responsible for booking lessons, school groups and assisting with the coordination of on snow instructors, and perform instructional duties as required. This is a supervisory position which requires strong leadership skills.
What we offer you:
Leadership experience on a small team.
$16.50-$22.00/hr depending on certifications and experience.
Average work week is 5 days on, 2 off. Addition days may be required during holiday periods.

What you Offer Us:

Strong understanding of CSIA Methodology
Above average computer skills including a good working knowledge of MS Office.
Good understanding of point-of-sale systems
Experience in a leadership role (snow school experience an asset)
What you will be doing:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the Snow School include instructors and desk staff.
Organization and booking of children's camps and school programs.
Scheduling and supervision of instructors.
Booking and sales of lessons
Close out cash and balance at end of shift
Identify any potential problems and problem solve for the guest
Work as a team leader/member on a closely formed team
Cash control procedure implementation.
There is an opportunity to lead sessions and develop instructor training skills and technical skills.
Interviews will begin in August with a start date in mid-late November.

Where we are: Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location with no mobile coverage or public transit.
