SNOW REMOVAL Position Overview: Currently looking for committed employees for the winter season to join our walkway clearing crews. All roles are on-call positions which could lead to full time. Responsibilities: · Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots and other designated area’s using shovels, snow blowers, or other appropriate equipment. · Safely operate snow removal equipment ensuring proper handling and maintenance. · Spread salt to prevent slippery surfaces. · Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snowfall or ice accumulation. · Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete assigned tasks. · Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. · Other duties as assigned. Requirements: · Previous experience in snow removal or related field is preferred but not required. · Ability to work in cold weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. · Must be available and reachable 24/7 · Shifts are on-call basis. · Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays are required. · A reliable cell phone is required. Requirements

Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and possess the ability to travel to work sites in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, applicants must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
