Job Description Ski Valet Our Guest Services Team is looking for Ski Valet Attendants to join our team for our busy winter season! With an eye for detail, excellent relationship building skills, and a love for all things snow sports, our Ski Valet team are an integral part of our Guest Services operation, and providing memorable luxury experiences to our guests. This is a seasonal position throughout our winter season, starting in November/December 2026 and ending in April/May 2027. Starting Rate of Pay: $22.70 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $26.55 Job Duties Include: Consistently maintain and update the ski/boot storage area Ensure all equipment match to the guest’s identification number/pass Assist the guest services staff with the transportation of skis to and from ski storage Correctly store all ski boots and ensure that the warmers are in good working order Know and understand the duties of other positions within the guest services department if assistance is required Ensure the ski valet area is clean and tidy at all times Qualifications Previous supervisory experience is an asset. Capable of performing all duties included in the operation of the ski valet area. Must be sincerely friendly, personable and self-confidant. Must be empathetic to the guests as well as employee needs and concerns. Guest Services experience is an asset, preferably in a luxury setting.
