Operation and knowledge of all landscape maintenance tools and methods. Truck and trailer experience is a must. This opportunity is for year-round employment. Responsibilities * Follow direction of Management * Supervision and delegation to team members in their tasks as needed * Mowing, trimming, back pack blowing, raking, aerate, etc. * General landscape maintenance, with use of various equipment * Litter and debris removal * Snow removal, with use of various equipment * Able to lift 50 pounds * Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. * Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored. * Participate in Health and Safety. Incident reporting, Practice workplace safety and use all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) * Daily paperwork by way of App's * One on one training Requirements * 3 years personal vehicle insurance history(experience letter) * Valid class 5 drivers license * Clean drivers abstract * 2-5 years experience * Driving and towing trailer * Loading and unloading * Equipment Operation This is a full-time position with year-round employment. hours are roughly 7:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday occasional work on Saturdays. 44 hours weekly pay, direct deposit. All hours over 44 hours per week are banked and utilized for rain days (averaging agreement). Benefits available after 90 days. Crew leads are provided with a cell phone or $40 paid out per month for personal phone usage.
