We are looking for up-beat people who love working outdoors. Responsibilities * Operate pathway snow-removal equipment safely and efficiently. * Clear snow from sidewalks, pathways, pedestrian areas, parks, and commercial properties. * Operate sidewalk tractors, compact tractors, and other assigned equipment. * Apply salt, sand, and ice-control materials as required. * Complete pre-use equipment inspections and report any damage or mechanical concerns. * Identify icy, hazardous, or obstructed areas and address them appropriately. * Work around pedestrians, vehicles, businesses, and members of the public in a safe and professional manner. * Complete required service documentation and equipment checklists. * Maintain communication with supervisors and the winter operations team. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Follow all company safety procedures and site-specific requirements. Position can be on call for snow shifts- working when it snows and completing your path in full or full time working on ice control and other snow related tasks. Operators report to the shop for their set units and are dispatched to their specific routes. Operators report directly to their supervisor when routes are complete. All routes are tracked with an iPad outlining which areas to clear. Company provided truck to and from work for the proper candidate. Cell phone allowance up to $60.00/month. This position is seasonal but can continue into summer for the right candidates. Job Types: Seasonal, Full-time Contract length: 6 months Requirements: * 3 years personal vehicle insurance * Valid class 5 drivers license * Clean drivers abstract * At least 2 years operating Experience in winter conditions * Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members * Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with snow removal If this should like you, you have a positive attitude, work well with others, have a passion for the outdoors and can commit to a full-time job, apply now!

Requirements

Requires a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract and at least 2 years of experience in winter conditions. Candidates must possess physical stamina for cold weather work and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
